HOW TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT:

Go to lab.atiaquaristik.com or click here to go to our laboratory portal and to create your free account (see arrow in the picture below left). For this we need only a username, a valid e-mail address and a password from you. Click Register to complete the registration (see arrow in the figure below right).

HOW TO CREATE A NEW AQUARIUM:

After registration, you will be redirected to the home screen. Here you can add your aquarium or aquariums. Click on the “Add Aquarium” button (see arrow on the left). Give your aquarium a name, indicate its estimated net volume (water after displacement from rock etc) and decide if you want to use the aquarium for MyReefbook * (see arrow on the right). Attention: In the field Net volume no letters may be entered! Save your aquarium (see arrow in the picture below).

* Optionally, you can create a complete profile of your aquarium for MyReefbook. More information about the free MyReefbook can be found here.

TO SUBMIT A NEW WATER SAMPLE:

Open the manage tanks page. Select the aquarium for which you want to commission an analysis. Click on the “Submit New Water Sample” button (see arrow on the left) and enter the bar code on the test tube in the appropriate boxes (see picture on the right). Optionally, you can submit a comment for analysis so that we can check your results, for example, for hints for a specific problem. Do not forget to save because this will activate your water sample in the system.

HOW TO TAKE A WATER SAMPLE:

Rinse the test tubes several times with the water to be tested and then fill them with at least 30 ml aquarium water / sample. Close the test tubes carefully. Please dry the test tubes before putting them in the shipping bag.

HOW TO GET TO YOUR RESULTS:

We usually analyze your water sample within one working day after receipt of the sample. Immediately after we have uploaded your analysis data, you will be notified by e-mail and a green button “analysis” will appear next to the corresponding aquarium (see arrow on the left). A click on the green button leads you to the analysis result. Here you can either view the results online or have a printable PDF created (see arrow in the figure on the right). If several results are stored, they are sorted by date.
