The Essentials+ produce a saltwater-like liquid with which the elements consumed by your corals can be safely balanced. However, the use of Essentials +usually leads to a gradual increase in the salinity of your aquarium water. This results in the possibility of a miniature water change, which at the same time corrects the salinity of your aquarium water. Replace the calculated amount of seaewater with ro water. ATI Nutrition is

is the nutrition of the corals, sponges and micro organisms in your reef aquarium. This is especially important when the nutrient levels (NO3 and PO4) in the aquarium are low and plankton is absent.

ATI Nutrition should not be used

for the purposeful increase of the nutrient values. Only if the Nutritions are overdosed it comes to an increase of the nutrient values. This simultaneously increases the risk for the occurrence of algae.

The biology in your aquarium

will develop much more positively through the dosage of ATI Nutrition C, N and P and the reef aquarium will noticeably stabilize.

With the diversity of organisms the nutrient requirement of the reef aquarium increases, whereby the nutrient values can be lowered. The dosage of ATI Nutrition prevents nutrient limitations.

Therefore, adjust the dosage of the nutritions regularly with this calculator.

In case of overdose,

the nutrient values increase in your reef aquarium. This is not the goal of the dosage!

In the case of algae problems,

ATI Nutrition should only be dosed if at the same time measures are taken against the algae (ie clean up crew, algae eaters etc) are taken, and corals are in the aquarium.
